In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777cg" / "the Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to the operator of the 777cg platform and all associated services accessible at 777cg.net.
• "Platform" means the 777cg website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 777cg platform.

777cg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

To access the full range of 777cg services, including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on the 777cg platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Non-transferability: Your 777cg account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777cg support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of KYC verification.

777cg operates under an international gaming licence that requires the platform to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any time during a player's use of the platform.

The following documents may be requested during KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence clearly showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.

777cg accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced KYC procedures.
• Processing times: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 1–3 business hours depending on the banking institution's processing times.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Currency conversion: All transactions on 777cg are denominated in PKR. If a deposit is made in a different currency (e.g., USDT), the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

Subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, players may withdraw their real-money balance from their 777cg account at any time.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering completion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

• RNG Certification: All electronic casino games on 777cg use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Results are not manipulated or influenced by any factor other than the certified algorithm.

• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents during the registration or KYC process.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal means.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 777cg platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777cg platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or materials on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 777cg platform without the prior written consent of 777cg. Any unauthorised use of 777cg intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cg and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the 777cg platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any cause whatsoever, even if 777cg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the platform's service, howsoever caused.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content provided on the 777cg platform.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 777cg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any content it contains.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cg holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are encouraged to contact the 777cg support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 777cg will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with 777cg's response to a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority. Details of the relevant escalation path are available upon request from the 777cg support team.

777cg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory mandate or to prevent harm to the platform or its players.

Your continued use of the 777cg platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 4.

The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed on the 777cg platform at any given time represents the current operative version. Archived versions of previous terms are available on request from the 777cg support team.
